Telesales Role - Healthcare (1-2 yrs)
Urgently required -Tele Sales Executive for a leading Healthcare Job Portal (Product based company)
Job Location - Noida
Salary Fixed + Incentive with each sale.

Job Description:
- Understanding client's requirements and proposing the best possible solutions in the form of paid services
- To convince the prospects and conference calls through calling and/or emails
- Use social networking sites for generating prospects.
- Handling pre-defined set of leads to create online awareness of possible paid membership plans of the website of Perzue.com
- Conceptualize & Implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales volume.
- Focus on revenue generation & meet targets by selling online memberships over phone to the new and existing clients .
- Engage & retain clients with immediate query resolution, regular follow ups & value delivery.
- Participating in achieving overall business plans for increasing profitability & revenue base.
- Nurture relationships effectively with existing & new customers.
Candidate Profile :
- Minimum 4 Months to 2 Year Experience
- Knowledge of Telesales and Tele caller would be an advantage.
- Must be aggressive and dynamic with a good attitude, always open to feedback and should be a quick learner.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Outstanding telephone, written and verbal communication skills.
- Aggressive in meeting sales target
- Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team
