Telesales Role - FinTech Solution (0-3 yrs)
A Telesales Representative is responsible for generating sales over the telephone. They create and maintain relationships with clients to sell products or services. This role requires a good understanding of the sales process, excellent communication skills, and a focus on achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities :
Outbound Sales Calls :
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products or services.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns and other sources.
Customer Relationship Management :
- Develop and maintain positive customer relationships.
- Address customer needs and provide solutions to their queries and concerns.
Sales Strategy Execution :
- Implement sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Identify customer needs and tailor sales approaches accordingly.
Product Knowledge :
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of products and services offered.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors.
Record Keeping :
- Accurately document all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Maintain records of all sales leads and customer feedback.
Sales Targets :
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Monitor personal sales performance and adjust tactics as needed.
Collaboration :
- Work closely with the sales team and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Participate in team meetings and provide feedback on sales processes.
Skills and Qualifications :

Education and Experience :
