The Job
Our client is looking for a Contact Center Voice Agent to join the team
Your responsibilities will include:
- Making and receiving outbound/inbound calls
- Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
- Following the provided - scripts- when handling different topics
- Going beyond the assigned target and achieving the best possible conversion rate
- Building sustainable relationships and engaging customers by taking the extra mile
- Recording all conversations in our CRM Database by documenting everything
Ideal Candidate :
Skills required :
- You have exceptional interpersonal, Sales, problem-solving, verbal (US accent), and written communication Skills
- You have strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- You have a customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- You have the ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively
- You have a minimum Graduate in any stream
- You have 2 Years of International Outbound Sales experience (US)
- You have prior experience in Health Care or Mass Tort Domain Preferred
