Telesales Role - EduTech (1-7 yrs)
- To counsel students for online education programs like Diploma, certificates, graduation, and post-graduation programs and close the sale.
- To influence and counsel students, parents, and working professionals.
- To be responsible for closing sales deals and maintaining good student-counselor relationships.
- Have good presentation skills over the call/video call/face to face.
- Your role will start with connecting potential customers (parents &
students) to set up meetings, to counsel the students on Learning Pedagogies.
- Provide detailed and accurate information regarding admission and visa documentation and other mandatory requirements.
- Responsible for handling all aspects of the admission process including case filing with the university; updating the students through regular communication, visa application filing and address to any student query.
- Close the lead and turn prospects into sales for the company
