Telesales Role - Education (0-2 yrs)
Job Description:
- Maximizing sales of our Educational Courses
- Efficiently handle channel relationship with customers
- Design and execute the business plan to achieve the bottom line and top line by identifying the proper lead provided by Marketing team and generate the business through telephonic and mail conversation.
- Coordinating with various teams
- Fixing appointments with the customers, forwarding to the concerned team members and coordinating with them for pricing and follow-ups to close the business deals.
- Daily follow-ups with customers & reporting managers to acquire current business.
- Will be trained to prepare Weekly and monthly sales reports
- Post successful completion of training having thorough Knowledge on the product and its description
- It's an inside sales role where the candidate is required to be in the office and perform work responsibilities
Key Skills:
- Proficiency in English
- Fast learner and Passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results driven attitude
- Should be Aggressive
- Target oriented
- Ability to do telephonic conversation with confidence
