Job Responsibilities :
- Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to promote TECHVEEL's products and services.
- Answer inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Identify customer needs and provide information on relevant programs and offerings.
- Maintain detailed records of calls, conversations, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize telecalling strategies.
- Provide feedback to management on customer responses and market trends.
Skills and Competencies :
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and persuasive speaking voice.
- Strong ability to engage with potential customers over the phone.
- Proficiency in using CRM systems and other telecalling tools.
- Basic understanding of sales and marketing principles.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries and objections effectively.
- Familiarity with the education technology sector and its products/services.
Education and Experience :
- Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service is preferred.
- Experience in the Edutech industry is a plus.
