Telesales Role - eCommerce (0-3 yrs)
Telesales / Leading E-commerce company / Gurgaon / 10 to 25k
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product using scripts.
- Answer probing questions about products or the company.
- Capable of handling objections raised by custoemer.
- Co-ordination with the sales team.
- Enter and update customer information in CRM.
- Go the extra mile to meet sales Targets assigned and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.
- Meeting daily sales targets.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS :
- Proven experience as telesales representative.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of Computer.
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints.
- Should be able to handle Sales pressure.
