We- re seeking candidate for the position; Tele-Sales Executive. Candidates with efficiency in interacting with customers are invited. Tele-Sales Executive are required to analyse the customer needs, match them to an automobile of their dreams, facilitate test drives, and make the sale!
As a Tele-Sales Executive working for a dealership of TATA Motors you would be required to generate, followup & convert leads into sales via telephonic conversations.

AREA OF RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Tele-Sales Executive would be required to have complete knowledge of the product line (specification, FAB etc).
- Generate & convert leads using digital media (Ad call, Event, Call to dealer, Tele- Calls, Google), social networking sites or web leads.
- Ability to provide information verbally clearly & effectively for successful conversion of leads.
- Do a complete follow up of all leads till conclusion; ensuring proper Data Capturing with id proofs, documentation for Tata motors claims, etc.
- Reply to queries received via digital and telephonic platform provided.
- Act as single window for the customers to follow up and facilitate customer in Test Drive, Finance, Exchange RTO, Insurance Etc.
- Responsible for collection of payments from customer as well as all statutory documentation.
- Responsible for rating on digital platform.
- Will be responsible for SSI on retails acquired via Tele-sales.
Note: You will be expected to make minimum 150 calls/follow-ups a day.
Requirements :
Experience : Minimum 2 Years or relevant experience, working in sales.
Software & Technology : Past experience in using IVR & CRM system is a bonus.
Industry : Automobile / Retail / Hospitality / Service Industry .
Qualification : Minimum Graduation
Age : 23 to 35 Years.
Competency Required :
- Result oriented.
- Team Player.
- Good Product Knowledge & Flair for the Automobile Industry.
- Preferably having operational Knowledge on retail finance, Insurance Exchange etc.
- Excellent Communication & Selling Skills.
