Telesales Role (2-4 yrs)
Job Description :
- The agent will answer/make all incoming/outgoing calls to customers who has shown interest in our product, respond to inquiries, manage complaints, troubleshoot significant customer service problems, and provide general information.
- The agent will be a member of the primary contact team for the interested customers in the products we offer through social media platform and will be responsible for assisting them over the phone.
- The agent will also inform customers of the product terms and features and project a professional company image through voice and online interactions.
Responsibilities :
- Answer incoming/outgoing calls and respond to customer's emails
- Pitch our product information and features to the customers and onboard the customer. This is a target driven role
- Managing and resolving customer complaints
- Identify and escalate issues to supervisors
- Research required information using available resources
- Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable software
- Route calls to appropriate resources
- Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
- Recognize, document, and alert the management team of trends in customer calls
- Follow up customer calls where necessary
- Complete call logs and reports
- Others
Requirements :
- Relevant Experience : 2 years
- CTC upto 30k per month
- Stock Broking, Equity Markets, Fintech, Tele-calling, Sales Target, Digital Marketing
