Requisites (Core competencies / Skills) :
- Prior experience in business development / sales / tele-caller / lead generation
Computer literate - Should have basic knowledge of Excel and browsing
Good verbal skills - Hindi
Responsibilities
- Explain about Jewel Casa B2B platform features to interested B2B customers and enable conversions using Telephonic and/or Whatsapp medium
- Monitor and handle incoming calls and WhatsApp chats.
- Noting important details of each conversation
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time
- Liaise with operations team to enable sales and delivery to potential customers
- Resolve customer queries and issues related to the products and services
- Enrich database of the customers on a regular basis
- Successful and potential candidates will also be promoted to perform account / relationship management roles with existing customers.
