Telesales Role (1-4 yrs)
Process : Outbound Sales.(Telesales)
Exp : Min 1 to 4 year in telesales
Qualification : Puc /diploma/undergraduate
CTC : Between 2.5 to 3.5lpa
Working Hours : 9.0 hrs Shift ( including 1 hr break )
Working Days : 6 days working & 1 rotational off
Location: Koramangala Bengaluru.
Below is the job description of the role:
- Experience into general insurance is must.
- Doing Outbound calls and managing partners and agents for sales of our products.
- Target driven for Crores.
- Utilizing software,databases, scripts, and tools appropriately.
- Understanding and striving to meet or exceed call centre metrics while providing excellent consistent customer service.
- Taking part in training and other learning opportunities to expand knowledge of company and position.
- Adhering to all company policies and procedures.
Looking for candidates who have :
- Excellent Verbal and Written communication Skills. ( ENGLISH AND HINDI)
- Preferable experience in Sales voice process
- Willing to do work from office.
