Role & Responsibilities :
1. Outreach and Engagement : Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce them to our services and create interest in our offerings.
2. Client Consultation : Understand the specific needs and expectations of clients
3. Information Dissemination : Provide detailed information about the services, procedures, and pricing offered by our clinic.
4. Appointment Scheduling : Efficiently schedule consultation appointments for interested clients, ensuring a seamless process.
5. Follow-up : Maintain regular follow-up communication with leads to nurture relationships and guide them through the decision-making process.
6. Sales Targets : Work towards and exceed sales targets and KPIs to contribute to the clinic's growth.
7. Record Keeping : Accurately document client interactions and sales activities in our CRM system.
