Telesales Role (1-3 yrs)
Roles and Responsibilities :
1) Answering phones and explaining the product and services offered by the company.
2) Contacting existing customers as well as prospective customers.
3) Resolving queries and issues related to the products and services.
4) Taking and processing product orders.
5) Maintaining the database of the customers on a regular basis.
6) Suggesting solutions based on customers' needs and requirements.
7) Any other role as assigned by the management.
Skills Required :
1) Good communication skills
2) Knowledge of MS-Office
