Telesales Role (0-3 yrs)
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct tele calling to potential customers to generate leads and sales.
- Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through lead generation.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by closing deals and generating revenue.
- Maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent customer service and support.
- Perform daily follow-up with prospects and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and address any issues.
- Process customer orders efficiently and accurately.
- Resolve customer complaints promptly and effectively to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
