Telesales Role (0-3 yrs)
Job Description :
1. Contacting potential customers and generating awareness about product and services offered
2. Need generation about the product in the mindset of the potential customer
3.Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.
4. Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.
5. Listening to the customers' needs to generate repeat sales.
Requirements :
1 Full Time role from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
2 Should be available for 6 days in a week (Saturday & Sunday mandatory, Day off on a week day)
3 Excellent communication skills.
4 Creative thinking skills.
5 The patience and ability to engage customers in conversation.
6 Good sales ability.
