Telesales Professional (1-3 yrs)
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced individual to join our team as a Tele sales Specialist. We are seeking motivated and skilled Tele callers to join our team. We have openings for both Inbound and Outbound Tele callers fluent in English and Telugu. This is a 100% remote position, allowing you to work from home while contributing to our dynamic team.
Position Details :
Job Titles : Inbound Tele caller (2 positions), Outbound Tele caller (3 positions)
Languages Required : English and Telugu
Work Days : 6 days a week
Work Model : 100% Remote
Monthly Payout : 25,000 - 30,000 (Based on experience and skill set)
Qualifications :
Educational Background : For Inbound: (B. Pharma, D. Pharma, Biology, or any medical-related field experience required). For Outbound : Experience in Sales (Electronic/Medical sales preferred)
Experience : Previous experience in hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, or medical firms. Tele calling, customer support, or tele sales experience is required.
Responsibilities :
Inbound Tele callers :
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries.
- Provide accurate information and support to customers.
- Document customer interactions and maintain records.
Outbound Tele callers :
- Outbound sales- Mandate
- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers.
- Promote products or services and close sales deals.
- Follow up on customer leads and inquiries.
Key Skills :
- Excellent communication in English and Telugu.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes.
- Sales acumen (for outbound tele callers).
- Proficiency in tele calling software and CRM systems.
