Telesales/Outbound Sales Role - International Process - BPO (2-4 yrs)
JOB TITLE: Outbound Sales/Appointment Setter
Function: Sales
MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate sales opportunities by making outbound phone calls.
- Sell products and services to customers.
- You will be setting up appointments for the Business Development Managers to meet and discuss communications solutions.
- Present products or services in a structured professional way over the phone.
- Listen to customer requirements and discuss options with sales team.
- Gain a clear understanding of customers- business needs and requirements.
- Must have high attention to detail
- Database research, data updates and data management/lead generation, appointment setting, event registration experience (preferred but not compulsory)
- Ability to research and call prospective clients to explain the core value proposition of what we do
Key Requirement :
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Telemarketing experience.
- Goal focused and passionate about Sales
