Telesales/Inside Sales Role - FMCG (2-5 yrs)

We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Telesales to join our team in Mumbai, Nariman Point. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing customers through telephone communication, promoting our FMCG products, and driving sales. Your primary responsibilities will include :-

- Conducting outbound calls to potential clients to promote and sell FMCG products.

- Handling inbound calls and providing information about products and services.

- Following up on leads and converting them into sales.

- Maintaining accurate records of calls and customer interactions.

- Providing exceptional customer service and addressing customer queries.

- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in tele sales or inside sales is preferred.

- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle customer objections and close sales effectively.

- Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.

- A positive attitude and a strong drive to meet sales targets.
