What You Will Be Doing :
- Making outbound calls to interested Prospects- Cold Calling.
- Driving sales conversion for the respective campaign & maintaining monthly performance.
- Manage day on day basic hygiene such as login & ready hours, break management etc.
- Multi-tasking ability to toggle & work on diff leads capturing software (Ameyo & Lead Squared)
- Responsible to maintain call quality threshold & deliver best customer handling practices.
- Effective rapport building & brand articulation ability to educate customers over call.
Who Were Looking For :
- Should be fluent in both English & Hindi speaking languages.
- Able to negotiate well over call & should be well versed in his/her convincing skills.
- Open to work in 6 days working culture with rotational week offs.
- Ability to work under Sales & target-oriented environment.
- Should be skilled to handle pressure situations & emerge as a performer.
- Experience in both Outbound and Inbound processes is an add on advantage.
