Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and self-motivated individuals to

join our team as Tele callers / Sales Executives. As a Tele caller / Sales Executive, you will play a pivotal role in promoting our algorithmic trading software solutions to potential clients, building strong relationships, and contributing to the company's growth and success both online and offline.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce them to the products and services.

2. Identify and understand the unique trading needs of potential customers and provide tailored solutions.

3. Build and maintain a pipeline of leads and contacts to ensure a consistent flow of potential clients.

4. Effectively communicate the features, benefits, and advantages of trading software.

5. Handle client inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.

6. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.

7. Maintain records of client interactions and update the CRM system with relevant information.

8. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to offer informed advice to clients.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Previous experience in sales or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Confidence in making cold calls and engaging in persuasive conversations.

- Ability to learn and understand the value of company products.

- Goal-oriented, with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales targets.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.

- Strong work ethic and a positive attitude.
