Telesales Executive/Inside Sales Executive (1-3 yrs)
Looking for Telesales Executive/Inside Sales executive for a large MNC in Bangalore.
Job Description :
- Lead generation and Lead conversion through cold calling
- Handling customer queries relating to the company's products and services
- Coordinating with the operations team for day to day operations
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by way of effective communication and establishing a lasting impression
- Achieving the sales targets through aggressive outreach to customers
- Capturing of key data indicators in an real time and effective manner
Preferred Qualities :
- Should have worked in Tele Sales/Call centre with focus on product sales
- Must possess skills to engage customers, understand their issues, and resolve the same ensuring maximum customer satisfaction
- Should have experience in lead conversion through cold calls and further engagement with customers
- Should be able to generate the feeling of trust within the customer by the way of his/her interaction over phone calls
Desired Skills :
- Excellent communication skill in English & Kannada
- Proficiency in communicating in Kannada and any one of Telugu, Tamil and Malayalam
- Should be able to read the regional languages with ease
- Should be proficient in data entry and basic software like MS-excel
- Must know how to handle smart phones and mobile apps
