Base Salary: - 16,000 to 18000 per month acc to Interview and comm skills
Performance-Based Incentives: Up to - 40,000 per month
Job Responsibilities:
Customer Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products and services
Customer Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the company's products and services to effectively address customer needs and concerns
Feedback: Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services
Qualifications:
Experience: Previous experience in telesales or a related field is preferred
Skills: Average communication skills, ability to handle objections, and a proactive approach to sales
Education: Minimum education qualification is 10+2 (high school diploma)
