Telesales/Customer Service Role - International Voice Process (0-3 yrs)
- Should communicate well with customers.
- Should have the ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously.
- Should be able to answer calls from different types of customers.
- Should be able to handle difficult customers effectively.
- Should be able to provide the most accurate information to the customer.
- Should have a good command of English and other local languages.
We are looking for :
-Shift Time - 5:30 PM to 10 AM (night shift)
- Week Off - 5 days working 2 days week off (Rotational)
- 6th day can be mandatory working as per business requirement - paid separately for it
- Education - HSC minimum
- Experience -Fresher and Experience (BPO and non BPO) both can apply
- Salary - Fresher - 252000 CTC LPA (18+2+1),
- BPO sales, retention, collection experience salary upto 4LPA.
