Telesales Analyst - IT (2-5 yrs)
Job Responsibilities:-
I. Complete ownership of the end to end Sales cycle.
II. Responsible for understanding IT services offerings and competition.
III. Builds business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationships with clients.
IV. Build own pipeline through demand generation, targeted campaigns to Enterprise IT services.
V. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment.
VI. Present the complete service offerings to leads and customers.
VII. Proactively assesses, clarifies, and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis.
VIII. Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.
IX. Achieve assigned targets in the designated geography/services.
X. Meets assigned expectations for profitability.
Desired profile :
A. Excellent verbal communications skills (must have)
B. IT - Sales is an added advantage
C. Technical background is an added advantage
D. Remuneration bracket : INR 2.40 - 3.60 LPA + Sales Incentives
E. Job location : Sector 20, Panchkula
F. Qualification background - B.Sc/BCA/B.Com/BBA/B.Tech/MBA/MCA/M.Tech
