Job Title: Telemarketing Executive
Location: Chennai, Baid IT Park
Work Hours: 9 AM to 6 PM
Experience Required: 1 to 3 years
Job Summary :
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for engaging potential and existing customers, providing information about our products or services, and closing sales. A background in real estate is a plus but not mandatory. Key Responsibilities :
- Contact potential and existing customers to inform them about our products or services.
- Answer customer queries, provide information, and explain the benefits of our offerings.
- Understand customer needs, offer appropriate solutions, and close sales effectively.
- Upsell and cross-sell products or services that may benefit the client.
- Update and maintain accurate customer records, including contact details and any changes.
- Follow up on calls with emails, if necessary, to confirm or provide further information.
- Achieve performance-based targets and contribute to team goals.
Key Skills & Qualifications :
- 1 to 3 years of experience in telemarketing or telesales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Active listening and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Basic knowledge of technology and CRM tools.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Persistence, patience, and a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell effectively.
- Real estate experience (preferred but not required).
