Telemarketing/Telesales Role - International Vertical - IT (4-6 yrs)
International Telemarketer
We are looking for an enthusiastic International Telemarketer to generate sales through hot/cold/warm calling and answering requests in a fast-paced environment. A successful telemarketer must be friendly and persuasive. This is a home-based work only.
Job Summary :
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage them and line up appointment with our Senior Sales Staff.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our Sales team for closing.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
- Willing to work in night shifts only.
- Willing to attend office as and when requested.
Requirements
- At least 4 years prior experience in US Outbound calls required.
- 2 years Cold Calling experience required.
- Graduate or equivalent.
- Completion of a sales-related training program is preferred.
- Computer literate.
- Superb verbal communication.
- Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
- Capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
