Base Salary : 16,000 per month
Performance- Based Incentives: Up to 40,000 per month
Job Responsibilities :
- Customer Outreach : Conduct outbound calls to potential and existing customers to sell products and services
- Customer Relationships : Build and maintain strong relationships with customers by providing excellent service and support
- Product Knowledge : Stay informed about the company's products and services to effectively address customer needs and concerns
- Feedback : Collect and report customer feedback to help improve products and services
Qualifications :
- Experience : Previous experience in telesales or a related field is preferred
- Skills : Average communication skills, ability to handle objections, and a proactive approach to sales
- Education : Minimum education qualification is 10+2 (high school diploma)
