Telemarketing Executive (1-2 yrs)
Job Purpose : To fix the appointments with prospective customers and also to ensure that they are Met by the Sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
A. To fix up appointments with prospective customers
B. Ensure that maximum number of appointments should be made for a month
C. Ensure quality of appointments provided to the sales
D. Maximum number of Sales through the appointments made.
D. Weekly / Monthly MIS should be reported to the Telemarketing Supervisor.
G. Candidate Profile
Minimum experience of 1+ years in Telemarketing / Telesales or Outbound voice process.
Good Communication is a must(English and Tamil).
Male candidates preferred
H. Desired Industry
Industrial, Hospitality, Service sector like Telecom, personal financial products, BPO, Insurance etc.
Desired candidates:
1. Min 6 months to 1 year of experience in telemarketing/Outbound voice calling
2. Good communication in English and Tamil
3. Willing to work on target based profile
4. Take home salary of upto Rs.15000 and incentives upto Rs.10000(based on performance) per month.
5. Any graduates
6. Will be observed into the direct rolls(on roll) of the company once when they complete 6 months.
