Job Title : Tele-Counselor (online app studies)
Job Tele : Counselling For online studies for MBBS admission exam preparation .
Eligibility : 12th-Graduate
- Should have excellent Communication skills and Convincing Power
- Do calling on Data and Generate Leads.
- Ability to deliver results and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work in a team & should be a team player.
- Report on calling activities to management.
- Should be able to work with a team
- Minimum 6 months experience in sales Tele calling
Work Responsibilities :
- The candidate should be proficient in English (a most important factor )
- Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individuals' contact details.
- Calling active and budding clients to encourage the purchase of Products.
- Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on time.
- Noting important details of each conversation.
- Communicating verbal acceptances of offers to our Sales team for closing.
- Recording all successful and unsuccessful attempts to close sales.
Salary : 10k-18k + incentives
