The Job
Your responsibilities will include :
- Taking responsibility and guide the potential Students over the call to choose the right product and help them in making better career decisions.
- Resolving queries regarding the Company & Products
- Making outbound calls and regular follow-ups on leads assigned.
- Selling Membership to the Students as per their requirement.
- Explaining the product features in detail and how to use the packages.
- Providing the right customer experience.
Ideal Candidate :
- You have high school diploma or equivalent.
- You have any domestic outbound or telesales experience required
- You understand and Speak Elementary Hindi Language to be able to liaise effectively to different stakeholders across the region.
- You have superb verbal communication.
- You have ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
- You have superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
You have capacity to receive critique without internalizing it.
