Job Title : Sales Trainee

Job Description :

We are looking to hire an outgoing and customer-oriented Sales Trainee and we expect them to be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales for our company. You will strive to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and achieve sales targets. Learns sales administration by rotating through multiple sales office functions.

Sales Trainee Job Responsibilities :

- Observes the sales process by assisting sales representatives in acquiring new business.

- Practices and tests sales strategies by calling existing and new clients. Maintains and develops relationships with clients.

- Revenue generation through cold calling.

- Assists customers in providing them with information like product or service quotes.

- Provides additional support to sales representatives.

- Records sales and sends copy to sales team.

- Updates job knowledge by participating in job training.

- Assist customers with all inquiries, account set ups, and upgrades to find the best products/services for their needs.

- Stay up to date on all products and services offered.

- Provide exceptional customer service and enhance productivity level.

- Engage customers in a professional manner.

- Motivate customers to enhance sales and profits by advertising and marketing products.

- Communicate daily with management about sales and customer issues.

Requirements :

- Excellent communication skills;

- Detail oriented;

- Strong customer relationship skills;

- Previous sales experience preferred between up to 6 months but not required;

- Self-motivated;

- Time management skills.

- Exceptional communication skills

- Comfortable working with a team

- Ability to be persistent

- Sales Trainee Qualifications and Skills

- Intermediate customer service skills

- Graduate or equivalent, BBA/MBA would be a plus.
