Sr. Sales Advisor(Enterprise/Outbound) Job Description
Sr. Sales Advisor is the key point of contact between an organization and its clients: answering queries, offering advice, and introducing new products. Their work includes: Hunting the data through outbound tools, Demonstrating, presenting products, and Selling to clients. Perform duties, interaction with the seller, interviewing prospective clients; accompany clients to product site & feeding client data in CRM software.
Educational Qualification:
1.B.tech (any), or MBA Marketing/IT (Regular College)
Experience Level:
1.Minimum 4 years.
JOB RESPONSIBILITY:
- Proactively prospect, identify, and target potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns and referrals. Drive the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to getting demos scheduled.
- Understand clients business challenges and pain points to present tailored SaaS solutions that align with their specific needs. Conduct product demonstrations and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products.
- Cultivate strong and lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within target organizations. Maintain regular communication with prospects and clients to provide exceptional customer service and support.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Utilize this knowledge to identify new opportunities, positioning strategies, and sales tactics.
- Effectively manage and update the sales pipeline through our system. Accurately forecast sales revenue and provide regular reports on sales performance and progress towards targets.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed revenue targets. Identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement in the sales process.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the SaaS industry.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers.
- Goal-oriented and capable of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
