Sales Advisor (Inbound)


Job Description :

Sales advisors will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and driving sales for our company. You will serve as a point of contact for customers, assisting them in selecting and purchasing products or services that best meet their needs. Your goal will be to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and achieve sales targets.

Sales Advisor Job Responsibilities :

- Actively engage with customers to understand their requirements and provide personalized recommendations.

- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and pricing to customers.

- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our products or services and answer any questions customers may have.

- Assist customers in making purchasing decisions by offering comparisons, upselling, and cross-selling.

- Meet and exceed sales targets by consistently achieving individual sales goals.

- Build and maintain customer relationships by proactively following up on purchases, providing after-sales support, and addressing any issues or concerns.

- Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings to position our products and services in the market.

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions, sales activities, and inventory levels.

- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience and meet overall company objectives.

Required Skills :

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and connect with customers.

- Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on providing a positive customer experience.

- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.

- Ability to listen to customer needs actively and recommend appropriate solutions.

- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to close sales effectively.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple customer interactions simultaneously.

- Proficient in using sales systems and software to manage customer data and track sales performance.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a collaborative and cooperative mindset.

- Strong problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and resolve any issues or conflicts.

- Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to learn about new products quickly, industry trends, and sales techniques.

Required Qualifications :

- Graduate or equivalent.

- Proven experience of 2-3 years in the C-PaaS (IVR/Cloud Telephony) sales roles is a plus.

- Knowledge of sales techniques and principles.

- Familiarity with CRM software and sales systems is a plus.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.

- A positive and proactive attitude towards achieving sales targets and providing exceptional customer service.

- Ability to work well under pressure and handle challenging customer situations with professionalism and empathy.

- Knowledge of the products or services offered by the company is preferred.
