The Job
Your Responsibilities will include:
Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering excellent service.
Ascertaining customers' needs and recommending and displaying items that meet these.
Managing the point-of-sale processes.
Ensuring maintenance of inventory accuracy and receiving shipments.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
You have at least 1 year experience within a Telesales role, ideally within the Retail industry.
Experience within Sales Training would be a strong advantage.
You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
You are a self-starter and demonstrate a high level of resilience
You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
