Telecalling/Telesales Role - Real Estate (1-6 yrs)

- Experience : 6 months to 2 years of experience in tele calling or tele sales with a focus on sales conversion.
- Work Hours : 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
- Week Off : Rotational week off
Responsibilities :
- Call opt-in leads to validate their interest and gather necessary information.
- Schedule appointments for potential clients to visit the site.
- Maintain a detailed and updated database of client information and interactions.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction.
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly targets for call volume and appointment setting.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads.
- Keep track of market trends and updates relevant to the real estate sector.
- Handle any client inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience of 6 months to 2 years in tele calling or tele sales with a focus on sales conversion.
- Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Kannada.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls and work in a target-driven environment.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices is a plus.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is preferred but not mandatory.
