Telecalling/Telesales Role - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)

- Our client is looking for a result-driven and highly adaptable Telecaller who has knowledge of issues in the real estate industry, prices, competitors, market conditions, etc.
The Job :
- As Telecaller, you will be responsible for Database/Cold Calling and following up on client leads for the sale of properties.
Your responsibilities will include :
- Responsible for handling client's Inquiries and servicing customer needs.
- Maintain and progress an active sales pipeline of prospective clients.
- Contribute to the major goals of the company in uplifting sales/revenues.
- Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
- Understand customer needs and requirements
- Close sales and achieve quarterly quota
- Maintain and expand your database of prospects within your assigned territory
- Team with channel partners to build pipeline and close deals
Ideal Candidate :
- You have at least 1 year of experience within a Telesales or Sales Operations/Support role, ideally within the Real Estate industry.
- Experience covering Real Estate is a strong plus.
- You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
- You are highly goal driven and work well in fast-paced environments
- You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments
