Telecalling/Telesales Role - Export House (0-1 yrs)
- As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers with the objective of promoting products, services. Your role is to engage customers over the phone, provide information about the product or service, Call them to take the desired action, such as making a purchase, scheduling an appointment, or attending an event.
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided list of contacts.
- Introduce and explain the product or service to potential customers.
- Answer any questions or concerns the customers may have about the product or service.
- Provide accurate information about product features, pricing, and promotions.
- Maintain a professional and friendly tone while speaking with customers.
- Follow a script or call flow to ensure consistent delivery of information.
- Update customer records and enter relevant information into a computer system.
- Achieve individual and team targets for sales or lead generation.
- Handle customer objections and attempt to overcome them with appropriate responses.
- Escalate customer complaints or issues to the supervisor when necessary.
- Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest but have not made a purchase yet.
- Keep abreast of product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers.
