Telecalling/Telesales Role - Education (1-2 yrs)
Responsibilities :
1. Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and qualify potential leads through various
sources, including cold calling, email outreach, and database research.
2. Product Knowledge : Develop a deep understanding of KPB Solution's courses and programs to effectively communicate their benefits to prospective customers.
3. Consultative Selling : Engage with potential customers to understand their career goals and educational needs, and provide personalized guidance on the most suitable courses and programs.
4. Sales Presentations : Conduct persuasive and informative sales presentations over the phone to articulate the value of our offerings and convert leads into customers.
5. Closing Sales : Skillfully navigate objections and close sales to meet or exceed monthly sales targets and revenue goals.
6. Customer Relationship Management : Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system, track customer interactions, and follow up with leads as needed.
7. Market Feedback : Gather and relay valuable feedback from customers to the marketing and product development teams to enhance our offerings.
8. Team Collaboration : Collaborate with colleagues and provide support to ensure a cohesive and productive sales team.
Qualifications :
1. Previous Minimum 1 Year to 2 Years telesales or sales experience is preferred (Must have core sales Experience) Industry open. Preferred EdTech/Education/Counselling
2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
4. Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.
5. Enthusiastic about career development and education.
6. Education : Any UG/PG
7. A positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed in their careers.
