Telecalling/Telesales Role - BPO (0-4 yrs)
BPO in Navi Mumbai.
- We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in the outsourcing industry. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, identifying their needs, and providing information about our products and services. You must have excellent communication skills, a persuasive demeanor, and the ability to build rapport with customers over the phone. Position : Telecaller
Location : Turbhe, Navi Mumbai
Budget : Upto 19k
Note :
- Graduate or HSC Freshers are also eligible
- Work from Office only.
Requirements :
- Candidates must have good communication skills in English, Hindi, Marathi, Punjabi or Gujarati
- Candidates must be able to read, write and speak in English
- Proven experience as a Telecaller or similar role in a call center environment.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to persuade and influence customers effectively.
- Strong customer service and sales skills.
Responsibilities :
- Making outbound calls to prospective customers and introducing our products and services.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending appropriate solutions.
- Building and maintaining relationships with customers through regular follow-up calls.
- Achieving individual and team sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Documenting all interactions and updating customer information in the database.
- Handling customer objections and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
- Providing accurate and timely information about products, promotions, and pricing.
