We are looking for Female Telecaller with 0.6-2 Years of
Experience in Telecalling
Job Location: Bangalore
The incumbent will be responsible for the following :
- Ambitious, young, dynamic Female sales executives required, who can actively work and do sales.
- Should be able to work in excel and word.
- Experience in telecalling/telemarketing will be appreciated.
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service.
- Responsible for making outbound calls and regular follow up on leads assigned.
- Explain the product features in details & how to use the different packages available.
- Understanding customer requirements & encouraging them.
- Sales of company's supplies, services, products by identifying need with our existing customers.
- To sell identified products and services by outbound call activities.
- Improve customer experience and provide value added services so as to keep customer engaged with the organization.
- Enter and update customer information in the database.
- Follow up and make scheduled call backs to customers where necessary.
- Providing the right customer experience.
- Maintain relevant MIS as required as per company norms.
- Apart from the above mentioned skills candidate should also possess following personality traits-
