Job Description :
As a Telecaller at Eureka Outsourcing, you will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers over the phone to promote our services and products. Your goal will be to generate leads, set appointments, and close sales to contribute to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Perform cold calling to prospective candidates to assess their interest in MBA programs.
- Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our MBA programs.
- Accurately record and update candidate information in our CRM system.
- Follow up with potential candidates to provide further information as needed.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all interactions.
- Outbound Calls : Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote company products or services.
- Lead Generation : Identify and generate leads through cold calling and follow-ups.
- Customer Engagement : Engage with customers to understand their needs, provide information, and answer any questions they may have.
- Sales Conversion : Persuade potential customers to purchase products or services and close sales.
- Database Management : Maintain and update customer databases with accurate and current information.
- Feedback Collection : Collect feedback from customers to improve services and identify potential areas of improvement.
- Reporting : Prepare and submit daily/weekly reports on call activities and results.
Requirements :
- Graduation is Mandatory.
- Graduate degree in any field.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in telecalling or a related role.
- Excellent communication skills in English and local languages.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in [language requirements, e. g., English, Hindi].
- Ability to quickly build rapport and engage in meaningful conversations.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems.

- Self-motivated and driven to achieve targets.
- Freshers are welcome to apply; previous telecalling or sales experience is an advantage.
