We are helping Indian youths from different sectors of education to train the most desirable skills which are necessary for them to settle/apply to overseas locations for employment as a professional.
The Job
Our client is in need of an experienced and dedicated Telecaller who will initiate telephonic contact with existing and prospective clients in order to generate sales.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Calling the leads & converting them into walk-ins & enrollment.
- Handling walk-in inquiries & converting them into admissions
- Counseling prospective customers about the program and skill set required
- Handling outbound and incoming calls for overseas programs.
- Recording and maintaining all inquiries & new leads detail in LMS / CRM
- Meeting business targets or KRA with effective tele-counseling skills
- Maintaining reports (daily, weekly, monthly, projection, student records, etc.)
- Handling assigned administrative responsibilities too.
Ideal Candidate :
Skills Required :
- You have at least 1 year of experience ideally in Telesales, Customer Service, or Inside Sales within the Professional Services industry.
- You are a graduate from any stream.
- You have excellent communication skills, fluency in spoken & written English in order to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region.
- You have good knowledge of MS Office & Overseas Placements.
- You are a good learner with time-management skills, and with ability to prioritize tasks.
- You have professional attitude and image.
