Telecalling/Telesales Role (0-1 yrs)

Job Summary :

We are seeking an enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. The Telecaller will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and handling inbound inquiries. This role requires excellent communication skills, the ability to persuade customers, and a strong focus on sales and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities :

- Make Outbound Calls : Contact potential customers to promote products/services and generate sales.

- Handle Inbound Calls : Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide relevant information.

- Lead Generation : Gather and manage leads, follow up with potential clients, and convert leads into sales.

- Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.

- Sales and Promotions : Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to customers to encourage purchases.

- Follow-up on Leads : Maintain ongoing communication with interested customers, encouraging them to complete the sale.

- Data Management : Accurately document customer information, call details, and feedback in the company's CRM system.

- Meet Sales Targets : Work towards daily, weekly, or monthly sales and call targets as set by the company.

- Product Knowledge : Stay updated with company offerings, ensuring accurate and current information is provided to customers.

- Handle Complaints : Address customer concerns professionally and escalate unresolved issues where necessary.

- Compliance : Follow company guidelines, call scripts, and data privacy regulations.

Qualifications and Skills :

- Education : High school diploma or equivalent. A degree in any field is a plus.

- Experience : Previous experience in telecalling, telesales, or a customer service role is preferred.

- Communication : Excellent verbal communication skills in [languages required, e.g., English, local language].

- Sales Skills : Ability to handle objections, close sales, and achieve targets.

- Customer Focused : Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.

- Computer Skills : Basic knowledge of CRM software and MS Office (Word, Excel).

- Time Management : Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
