Telecalling/Telesales Advisor - BPO (0-10 yrs)
Role and Responsibilities
- Attend customer queries
- Inbound & Outbound calling
- Direct coordination with cross-functional team members
-Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and need
- Offer solutions based on clients needs and capabilities
- Direct prospects and leads to the sales team
-Update the customer database
- Solving customer queries within a given period of time.
-Also able to sell the new product to new and old customers.
- Able to meet all companies Kpis and SLA.
- Good in solving a complex problem.
Requirements
- Candidate with good customer service skills would be preferred.
- Excellent communication skills (Written & Spoken)
- Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Result Awaited candidates are eligible
- Should be comfortable working in shifts
- Both fresher, as well as experienced candidates, can apply
- Candidate should have good client servicing skills
