The Job
Your Responsibilities will include :
- Building strong client relationships by providing customers with active support and consistent transfer of knowledge about the best practices, insights, and product knowledge in the industry.
- Partnering with the sales team to ensure that new customers are onboarded successfully.
- Identifying opportunities across the customer lifecycle to generate revenue.
- Ensuring a high level of customer referrals.
- Building strong product expertise and providing training & ongoing support as required.
- Providing feedback and advocacy on customer pain-points to internal teams.
- Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner.
- Resolving customer inquiries and requests in a coherent manner.
- Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
- Escalating customer feedback as required.
- Achieving monthly sales targets by identifying and developing new customers.
- Ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction as well as upsell and cross sell potential within existing customers to maximize share of wallet.
- Coordinating pre-sales and post-sales follow up.
- Achieving and exceeding weekly and monthly KPIs.
- Building strong and collaborative relationships.
- Monitoring market trends and providing regular competitor feedback.
- Creating and executing CRM campaigns that improve onboarding and engagement and reduce churn.
- Ensuring the accuracy of customer data and manage any data cleansing activities.
- Providing support on any requests or issues pertaining to CRM.
Ideal Candidate
Skills Required :
- Must be experienced in CRM Management, Customer Service or Customer Success
- Experience with generating and converting leads is an added advantage.
- Possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
- You are a strong network & relationship builder
- You are result-oriented and work well in fast paced environments
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
