Telecalling Role - Real Estate (2-3 yrs)
- Languages Required : Good English, Good Marathi, Good Hindi, Gujarati (Optional)
- Experience : 2 to 3 years of tele calling experience, preferably in the real estate sector with a focus on the luxury segment.
- Work Hours : 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Week Off : Rotational week off between Monday and Wednesday
Interview Process :
- First round : Virtual
- Second round : Face-to-Face (F2F)
Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to potential clients and provide information about luxury real estate offerings.
- Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries related to luxury properties.
- Maintain an updated database of client information and follow up on leads.
- Provide excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction and retention.
- Coordinate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of potential leads.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.
- Understand client requirements and suggest properties that best meet their needs.
- Keep abreast of market trends and developments in the real estate industry, particularly in the luxury segment.
Qualifications :
- Proven experience of 2 to 3 years in tele calling, preferably in the luxury real estate sector.
- Proficiency in English, Marathi, and Hindi. Knowledge of Gujarati is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sales and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle high volume of calls and work in a target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in a relevant field is a plus.
