Telecalling Role - Real Estate (1-3 yrs)
Responsibilities:
1. Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote real estate projects and services.
2. Handle inquiries from potential buyers and provide detailed information about property features, pricing, and amenities.
3. Follow up with leads and schedule site visits or meetings with the sales team. Maintain a record of client interactions in the CRM system.
4. Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for calls, leads, and site visit conversions.
5. Provide exceptional customer service to build and maintain client relationships.
6. Stay updated on the latest property listings, market trends, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
1. Minimum educational qualification: High School Diploma (Bachelor's degree preferred).
2. Prior experience in telecalling or customer service (experience in real estate is a plus).
3. Proficiency in Telugu and English.
4. Basic computer knowledge and experience with CRM software is advantageous.
