VM Properties, a trusted name in the real estate industry, is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Real Estate Calling Representative to join our team. As a real estate calling representative, your primary responsibility will be to engage with potential clients, gather relevant information, and effectively communicate the services and properties offered by VM Properties. This role is ideal for an individual who is passionate about real estate, has excellent communication skills, and thrives in a fast-paced work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead Generation: Actively engage with potential clients through outbound calls, identifying their real estate needs, and introducing them to available properties and services provided by VM Properties.

- Customer Support: Serve as the first point of contact for prospective buyers, tenants, and investors, answering inquiries, providing information about property listings, pricing, and availability.

- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate property viewings, meetings, and follow-up appointments with potential clients, ensuring that the schedule is well-managed and clients receive a seamless experience.

- Data Entry and Management: Maintain accurate records of all calls made, inquiries received, and appointments scheduled in our CRM system, ensuring that all client information is kept up-to-date.

- Follow-Up Calls: Continuously follow up with prospective clients to build relationships, answer questions, and convert inquiries into actual property visits or sales.

- Product Knowledge: Stay well-informed about current real estate market trends, property listings, and VM Properties' offerings to provide informed recommendations and support to potential clients.

- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify potential clients, share insights on market demand, and contribute to the overall success of the team.
