Telecalling Role - NGO (0-3 yrs)
We at Priyansh Enterprises are looking for a tele caller for contributing to the sales of our company. You will be responsible for maintaining good relationships and collecting donations from the donors over call. A successful tele caller representative must be excellent at communication and must have superior people skills. They should also be comfortable and agreeable to represent the details of patient over calls and collect donations from donors. In this role, you have to contribute to the company's growth by bringing in donors.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Daily Fundraising.
- Contacting current and potential donors to inform them regarding the medical case of patient and Non - Government Organization (NGO) details.
- Answering all queries and questions regarding Non - Government Organization (NGO) and the medical case.
- Keeping the donor's database maintained and updated.
- Preserve the company's reputation by handling grievances.
- Keeping a record of all the calls and notes of all information.
