Telecalling Role - International Inbound Call Process (0-6 yrs)
- Multiple openings for US Inbound call support process. Night shift. Decent salary.
- Manage and provide response to all incoming phone calls while maintaining high quality of services and performance standards.
- Facilitate sales of all products according to company and client requirements.
- Assist customers with all queries on products and provide information/knowledge on all product and services usage.
- Administer all customer complaints/issues and ensure timely resolution within required guidelines.
- Provide optimal level of service/support to all customers through emails/messages/faxes etc as and when required.
- Perform research for customer on all outstanding issues and provide required resolution to all customers and inform of status at all times and coordinate with technical analyst to prevent problems from recurring again.
- Make follow up calls as and when required.
- Develop and maintain professional and harmonious relationships with all customers and assist to handle all situations.
- Documentation, maintain sheets and trackers and prepare required paperwork.
- Keep a track of the potential customers and their requirements.
- Maintain an acceptable volume of sales per week and month.
